PRICING AND PAYMENT
UK /European Customers
Is there a minimum order? Yes, the minimum order for a new customer (ie. for a first order on the site) is £200 (pre-VAT and carriage costs), and for any other order is £150 (pre-VAT and carriage costs).
Can I have an account? The great majority of
orders to the UK are processed on payment before sending terms. However, if
and when you become a regular and substantial customer, you may apply for a 30
days net account. You will be asked to complete an application for and to
provide Look East Australia with 2-3 business references. Successful customers
will then have 30 days from the invoice date in which to pay the account.
The following conditions apply:
1) Payment terms are 30 days net, payment being due 30 days after the date
of invoice.
2) Ownership of goods invoiced remains with Look East Australia and does not
pass on to the purchaser until such time as payment is made in full.
3) Look East Australia, or its representatives, reserves the right to
actively pursue collection of outstanding amounts, and costs, if any, will be
passed on to the customer.
Do prices include VAT? All prices on the
website are exclusive of VAT. VAT of 17.5% will be added to your order at the
checkout stage, and will also of course be included on your invoice.
Do prices change? The prices listed are
subject to change at any time without notice. Prices may vary when viewed in
currencies other than Australian dollars due to variations in exchange rates
How can I pay for the goods? Payment can be by
credit card (Visa or M/C), debit card or Maestro; cheque (payable to Look East
Australia and posted to the UK Manager; or BACS (Pleae contact Debbie or LEA for
bank details). (NB. Please be sure to indicate your business name when paying by
BACS). Remember that payment by cheque or BACS will delay reception of your
goods, as funds need to be cleared before shipment (unless you have a í30 days
net account with us). |
